Cancellation Request for Services:

Please contact the office to make your cancellation

request. Your account will be reviewed to determine whether a refund is, issued or an additional charge is owed.

Refunds and Credits.

For all cancellations that have been made by the customer in a timely basis, the amount charged at checkout will be refunded to the Customer through he payment method originally used.

Warranted Chargebacks.

In situations where a chargeback may be warranted, such as when a customer feels that their card or payment method has been charged fraudulently, the customer

should first notify us so that we may investigate the claim to determine if a chargeback is appropriate. If we determine that a chargeback is not appropriate, we will reverse the payment.
